REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Once your return has been received by our brand , it can take up to 6 calendar days to process.
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
● Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
● If an item has a EMIO security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
● Made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
